First engagement
The Tracking Health Check.
A fixed review of what your site is genuinely recording, delivered with the evidence for every finding. It is the smallest useful thing we sell, and it is designed so you can judge us on a small decision rather than a large one.
We agree the delivery date with you in writing before the engagement starts, so the schedule is a commitment rather than an advertised average.
Scope
What we review.
The review covers the measurement layer: whether the things you believe are being recorded are in fact being recorded.
Deliverable
What you receive.
A written report you own. Not a call, not a slide deck, not a login to a portal you lose access to when the engagement ends.
- Findings, each with its evidence. What we observed, where we observed it, and how to reproduce it without us.
- Confidence, stated per finding.Including the ones where confidence is low and why. A report with uniform certainty is a report that is guessing somewhere.
- Repairs in priority order. What to fix first, what it changes, and what it would take. Enough detail for your own developer to act on it if you prefer.
- A written all clear, if that is the answer. If your measurement is sound, the report says so in writing, and you have paid nine hundred dollars to stop wondering.
What it is
- A fixed price, fixed scope diagnostic of your measurement layer.
- Evidence you can hand to anyone, including a firm that is not us.
- A decision aid. It tells you whether there is a problem worth spending money on.
- A small commitment, designed to be judged on its own.
What it is not
- A sales call with a report attached.
- A full marketing audit. It looks at measurement, deliberately and only.
- An implementation. Fixes are quoted separately, and you are free to take them elsewhere.
- A commitment to anything further, in either direction.
Questions
The things people reasonably ask.
What do you need from me to start?
Your site address, and read access to your analytics and tag manager. If you would rather not grant access at all, we can still review what is observable from the outside and we will tell you plainly which findings that limits.
What if you find nothing wrong?
You get that in writing, and it is a real result. Knowing your measurement is sound is worth more than a list of invented improvements, and it is the outcome we are least able to fake.
We do not discount the fee in that case. The work of checking is the same either way, and a review priced to pay off only when it finds problems is a review with an incentive problem.
Are you going to try to sell me something afterward?
If the report finds problems, it will say what fixing them involves, because a finding without a remedy is half a report. Whether you fix them with us, with your own developer, or not at all is genuinely your business. There is no obligation attached to the Health Check and no automatic next step.
Why nine hundred dollars?
It is priced to be a small decision. It sits below what this work is worth to a company spending real money on marketing, on purpose, because the honest way to earn a larger engagement is to do a smaller one first and let you check the result.
Who actually does the work?
ZALIR runs as a multidisciplinary practice with a substantial automation layer behind it. Analysis, documentation and specification are produced with an internal system we built; every finding is verified against your live site, and a person reviews the report and is accountable for it. If you ask how any specific part was produced, you get a straight answer.
How do you handle our data?
We request the narrowest access that does the job, for as long as the engagement needs it, and it goes back at the end. Your data is used for your engagement and nothing else, and it is never shown to another client. Details are in our privacy statement.

Tell us your site and what you are seeing. If we are not the right firm for it, we will say so.
